Fawn Poling, DNP, FNP-BC, is a distinguished expert in “neurotoxin” and filler injections, with a decade of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine. She is renowned for her precision, expertise, and commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through non-surgical cosmetic procedures integrating exosomes, peptides, and PRP/PRFM
Fawn’s career is marked by a notable tenure with a leading pharmaceutical company, where she spent four years training new doctors and mid-level practitioners. In this role, she developed and implemented comprehensive training programs, ensuring that emerging professionals were well-versed in the latest techniques and safety protocols in cosmetic injections.
Her academic credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, showcasing her dedication to advanced clinical education and leadership in the field. She is a driven provider dedicated to enhancing quality of life to her clients by offering Hormone Replacement Therapy to men and women, peptide therapy and regenerative health. She has had the opportunity to follow lead providers in the industry for BHRT learning from the best on how to improve hormone optimization and balance.
As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), Dr. Poling combines her extensive medical knowledge with a keen aesthetic eye, combined with using research-based methods, delivering exceptional results for her clients.
Throughout her career, Fawn has remained at the forefront of aesthetic and regenerative innovations, continuously updating her skills and techniques to provide the highest standard of care. Owner/Nurse
Del is the founding owner of Alternative Medicine and Aesthetics and a highly esteemed and licensed nurse. He has been in the healthcare industry for many years and has a desire to bring regenerative health and good quality of life back into our community.
He has a personal drive to cultivate an environment that offers transparency, trust, safety, and collaboration with our clients. He is tirelessly seeking to strive for better in both practice and care from our providers. He is very active in the practice as both the owner and the nurse for the providers.
He had the opportunity to learn anti-aging therapy from some of the best providers in the industry and remains on top of the newest treatments with seminars and conferences. He is passionate about anti-aging medicine and peptide therapy, and it shows! He boasts a wealth of experience in the realms of men’s sexual health. peptides, weight loss, and lastly, the treatment of erectile dysfunction. His commitment to promoting a healthier lifestyle fuels his dedication to serving our community. With a strong focus in these areas over the years, you can rest assured that Del will provide you with expert answers and guidance, working closely with his team of providers.

Marina is a dedicated medical assistant at Alternative Medicine and Aesthetics, bringing over five years of experience in the medical field with a strong background in dermatology and aesthetics. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with concentrations in Biology and Healthcare Management.
In addition, to her clinical expertise, Marina is a trained phlebotomist, providing valuable support and expanded capabilities within the practice. Marina is passionate about helping individuals enhance their health, well-being, and confidence through compassionate, patient-centered care.
She also has a growing interest in integrative wellness, particularly in the use of peptides to support nutrition, performance, and has a growing interest in integrative wellness. Her eagerness to educate patients about the benefits of peptide therapy reflects her commitment to empowering individuals with knowledge that can improve quality of life.
Driven to broaden her impact even further, Marina is currently pursuing additional education in nutrition. She believes that true wellness stems from balancing internal health with external confidence, and she strives to integrate that philosophy in every aspect of her work.
