Fawn Poling, DNP, FNP-BC, is a distinguished expert in Botox “neurotoxin” and filler injections, with nine years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine. She is renowned for her precision, expertise, and commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Fawn’s career is marked by a notable tenure with a leading pharmaceutical company, where she spent four years training new doctors and mid-level practitioners. In this role, she developed and implemented comprehensive training programs, ensuring that emerging professionals were well-versed in the latest techniques and safety protocols in cosmetic injections.
Her academic credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, showcasing her dedication to advanced clinical education and leadership in the field. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), Dr. Poling combines her extensive medical knowledge with a keen aesthetic eye, delivering exceptional results for her clients.
Throughout her career, Fawn has remained at the forefront of aesthetic innovations, continuously updating her skills and techniques to provide the highest standard of care. NURSE
Del is the founding owner of Alternative Medicine and Aesthetics and a highly esteemed and licensed nurse. He has been in the healthcare industry for many years and has a desire to bring regenerative health and good quality of life back into our community.
He has a personal drive to cultivate an environment that offers transparency, trust, safety, and collaboration with our clients. He is tirelessly seeking to strive for better in both practice and care from our providers. He is very active in the practice as both the owner and the nurse for the providers.
He had the opportunity to learn anti-aging therapy from some of the best providers in the industry and remains on top of the newest treatments with seminars and conferences. He is passionate about anti-aging medicine and peptide therapy, and it shows! He boasts a wealth of experience in the realms of men’s sexual health. peptides, weight loss, and lastly, the treatment of erectile dysfunction. His commitment to promoting a healthier lifestyle fuels his dedication to serving our community. With a strong focus in these areas over the years, you can rest assured that Del will provide you with expert answers and guidance, working closely with his team of providers.
He believes that having direct access to a provider is essential in maintaining quality healthcare, and that is why the practice is driven in a concierge model.“I want to provide services to the community that enhance quality of life. Danielle comes to this practice with years of experience in laser hair removal, the use of laser technology and PRP treatments. She is a certified laser technologist offering skincare plans for patients that are truly specialized to each patient. She takes the time to listen to what your concerns and needs are and believes in communication to achieve best results. She enjoys having the time with her patients to create plans that offer long-term results, not just quick fixes.
She brings a robust knowledge base of laser use as well as making sure these are done with safety in mind. She is well-versed in several skin care lines and has made it a priority to stay on top of the newest lines for best results. Her continued hunger to learn and grow shows through as she continues to advance her skills.
She also acts as our patient care coordinator assisting in a streamlined approach in managing the practice. AMA is proud to have Danielle on our staff offering amazing services to our clients.
Her favorite past times are going to the beach, spending quality time with her family, and fishing!

Gina has also worked with large med spas and clinics which have advanced her knowledge base, and we are so happy to have her on our team.
